President 2008

It is Presidential election time. Did you know? Well, if you ever turn on the tv you did. I am so sick of it. I mean sick!!!!!!!! This has been going on for so long. Do you realize how much money is spent on these elections? I understand the importance, but isn't there something wrong with spending $300 million to be elected to a $400,000 per year job?

We as a family have certain beliefs. We are Pro-Life, pro gun rights, anti-gov involvement and for lower taxes. Problem is will anyone do anything they say they'll do? Maybe, maybe not.

We will support the McCain-Palin ticket. He is a true patriot. Gov. Palin certainly gives him a new demension to his ticket. Doesn't she seem more like us (Alabama folk) than anyone else? Small town, loves to hunt and loves sports. Sounds like us doesn't it?

It is a critical time in our country and I like the fact that atleast the McCain-Palin openly profess their belief in Christ. Christ is our one hope !!!


As they say in parts of Alabama, "vote early, vote often."

We love football season at Alabama. Donna and I made the trip for the season opener in Atlanta vs. Clemson. Bama won and it was nice. We have made trips as far as Normon, OK to get a loss, so it was nice to come home a winner.

The home games following were fun. Of course we go as a family and enjoying visiting with friends and family at each game. So far this season has been great. I just hope we keep it up.

Above, you can see Will loves the blue cotton candy. Well, he loves the red also. In fact he eats most of the time. It is so expensive. Don't get me started. Soft drinks are $6 this year. That is a rip!!!!

I will do my best to keep you posted of pics as the season goes along.
