Well, Will and the team are still hot. 7 wins, 1 loss and 1 tie. We are sitting alone at 2nd place in the league behind the Cardinals from Berry. Our kids have been playing great! I don't know if it will last, but right now from top to bottom they are really doing good.
It's fun to watch. Will is growing to enjoy the game more and more. He has even asked me already about pitching machine league next year. That's good for Will. He has such a diverse interest in things (he loves space and the ocean and nature. baseball or ball in general is just another area.) that who knows if he will grow to love the game like I do (and his mama).
We are taking him in June up to New York to watch the Yankees vs. Mets. I went last year to watch the Yanks vs. Red Soxs. It was awesome. Look back in the August 2009 archives and find the article. However, this year Will and Donna wanted to go, so we invited my brother and sister and their families. We have 10 of us going. I got us good seats at Yankee stadium and I really look forward to going.
Oh well, stay tuned and I will keep you posted on the Dodgers. 3 more games to go. All against tough teams. Man I love this game. The competition just gets me fired up.
